Overall, delivery of the kit and subsequent posting of the sample were problem-free. The instructions and the kit, itself, were easy to follow and use. The advice to do the test between Monday-Friday was quite sensible.
The only quibble I have is the same for most do-at-home kits: the amount of blood needed to provide an adequate sample. Even with pre-warming the hand and squeezing the finger, it took some time to fill the bottle up to the 600 mark. Currently waiting for notification of the result (sample taken 9.10.23)
