Nytol Herbal One-A-Night is a traditional herbal remedy used to aid a good night’s sleep.

Traditional herbal medicinal products for use in the temporary relief of sleep disturbances exclusively based upon long-standing use as a traditional remedies.

How to use:
ONE tablet should be taken 30 to 60 minutes before going to bed. 
It is not recommended for anyone under the age of 18.

Hazards and Cautions:

  • DO NOT take if you are taking any other sleep medications or if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.
  • DO NOT take during pregnancy or while breast-feeding.
  • DO NOT drive or operate machinery if you are sleepy.
  • The sedative effect of alcohol may be enhanced. Alcohol should be consumed in moderation or avoided. 

Ingredients: 385mg of Valerian root extract.
