How to take Nytol Original Tablets:
- Take TWO Nytol Original Tablets with water 20 minutes before going to bed.
- Because this product is intended to help you get a good night's sleep, it is best to take it at least 7 or 8 hours before you need to wake up.
- If you use this product on a regular basis, it may become less effective.
- Consult your doctor or a pharmacist if your symptoms do not improve, and do not take these tablets for more than two weeks.
Nytol original tablets contain Diphenhydramine 25mg per tablet.
