Eventually I wrote to ur customer service line with the problem and having explained the detail again I was told the carrier “had lost the package 29/11”. Apologies were made and accepted and the actual goods were safely received a week later. I think u warranted two stars because u did nothing to verify the loss when told by the carriers and I heard nothing about it at any stage of the process until we reached the redelivery well into December. I won’t be using ur services again!
