1. Remove the test from the foil pouch and lay it horizontally on a flat surface. 2. Input the semen sample into the cup provided.3. Leave the sample for 60 minutes until the semen liquefies.4. Using the semen transfer divide provided in the kit, fill up to 0.1ml indicated on the device with the semen sample. The sample is then added to the vial of the sample dilution buffer provided.5. Mix the semen sample with the test solution, turning the vial upside down 5-10 times.6. Hold the buffer tube upright and open the cap onto the specimen collection tube. Transfer 2 full drops to the specimen well of the test cassette, then set a timer for 5 minutes.7. Read the results 5 minutes after dispensing the specimen. Do not read results after 10 minutes.

Shake the semen sample evenly in the collection cup and leave it to stand for 1 hour at room temperature until the semen has liquified. Do not test semen that has been stored for more than 12 hours.
