How to take

For adults, begin by taking one scoop (0.8 grams, 224 billion cfu's) of probiotic powder on an empty stomach in the morning, at least 30 minutes before eating. Mix the powder in a glass of de-chlorinated water and drink it. Stick to this routine once a day for 3-5 days.
If you are not satisfied with the outcome, increase the dosage to two scoops a day - one in the morning and one at bedtime. After one week, if you still do not see the desired results, you may raise the dosage to three scoops a day. The maximum recommended dosage is four adult scoops per day. You have the flexibility to decrease the dosage or temporarily stop taking
