Directions
One sachet should be dissolved in roughly 150ml (quarter pint) of cool water. Stir vigorously, then drink right away. Add another glass of drink thereafter.

Adults, senior citizens, and kids over 12 years old: Take one to three times each day, as previously advised. Please remember to drink at least 6 to 8 glasses of water each day if you're boosting your dietary fibre intake.
