Use the provided dual-ended spoon for dosing.

- Ages 1-2 years: Administer one small 2.5ml spoonful twice daily, with a minimum interval of 4 hours. Do not exceed two small 2.5ml spoonfuls (5ml) in 24 hours.
- Ages 2-6 years: Administer one small 2.5ml spoonful every 4-6 hours. Do not exceed six small 2.5ml spoonfuls (15ml) in 24 hours.
- Ages 6-12 years: Administer one large 5ml spoonful every 4-6 hours. Do not exceed six large 5ml spoonfuls (30ml) in 24 hours.
- Adults and children over 12 years: Administer two large 5ml spoonfuls (10ml) every 4-6 hours. Do not exceed twelve large 5ml spoonfuls (60ml) in 24 hours.
