Psoriderm Scalp Lotion Shampoo is a treatment designed to alleviate the symptoms of scalp psoriasis. This shampoo contains distilled coal tar as an active ingredient. Distilled coal tar works by alleviating itching and promoting normal skin development. It has antifungal and anti-inflammatory properties as well.

How to use:
Wet hair should be washed with shampoo. Apply only a small amount of shampoo to the scalp. Massage it into your scalp with the tips of your fingers and set it aside for a few minutes. Then, with your hands, remove as much lather as possible before rinsing it off. Rep the steps, then dry the hair as usual.

Use the lotion as you would a shampoo. Completely wet the hair. Apply a small amount of lotion to the scalp and gently massage to create a lather. Allow it to sit on the scalp for a few minutes, then remove excess lather with your hands before rinsing with warm water. Repeat the process.
