Adults: To treat anaemia, take 2 to 3 tablets per day in separate doses. To prevent anaemia, take 1 tablet daily. Children aged 6 to 12 years: For anaemia treatment, children over 22kg should take 1 tablet daily. Those over 44kg should take 1 tablet twice daily. Those over 66kg should take 1 tablet three times daily. Not recommended for children under 6 years or under 22kg.

Keep this product out of children's sight and reach. If you miss a dose of Ferrous Sulfate tablets, do not take a double dose to compensate. Do not use Ferrous Sulfate tablets if you are allergic to ferrous sulfate or any other ingredients, are undergoing repeated blood transfusions, are receiving iron intravenously, have conditions like haemosiderosis or haemochromatosis, notice blood in your urine, have an active peptic ulcer, suffer from ulcerative colitis or regional enteritis, have haemolytic anaemia, or are already on iron supplements. Avoid taking Ferrous Sulfate tablets within one hour before or two hours after consuming tea, milk, eggs, or whole grains, as they can hinder iron absorption. Meat and vitamin C-rich products can enhance iron absorption. Consult your dietician or doctor regarding food and drink interactions. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, suspect you might be pregnant, or plan to become pregnant, seek advice from your doctor or pharmacist before using this medicine. Only use this medicine during the first 12 weeks of pregnancy if specifically advised by your doctor. For the rest of the pregnancy, Ferrous Sulfate tablets may be used to prevent iron deficiency.
