Wartie Cool Wart & Verruca Remover is an easy-to-use ‘freeze’ treatment for verrucas and warts, which is identical to the cryotherapy method used by doctors. Verrucas and warts are small growths of the skin that is caused due to the Human Papilloma Virus (HPV).
Warts often grow on the fingers, or on the back of the hands, elbows, and knees. One can recognise the common wart by the rough surface of the ‘cauliflower-like’ appearance. The wart virus, which is very contagious, can be transmitted from one person to another or by direct contact with an infected area, from one body location to another.
Verrucas are similar to warts but occur only underneath the toes or on the sole of the foot. They are generally painful and they often look like a small white ring of skin and black dots in the centre. Verrucas are also contagious and can be transmitted from one person to another person by contact with a wet surface like a floor.

Set the can upright on a table and remove the cap. Reattach the cap, aligning the freeze icon, and press down for 3 seconds (DO NOT EXCEED 3 SECONDS). You will hear the activation sound. Apply the frozen metal tip directly to the wart. For hand warts, apply for 20 seconds; for foot warts, apply for 40 seconds. A slight aching sensation may occur due to the freezing process, which is normal and should subside within a few hours. One application is usually enough to remove a wart or verruca. If a second treatment is needed, wait 14 days between applications.

Keep away from heat, sparks, open flames, and hot surfaces. Do not smoke near it. Do not spray on open flames or ignition sources. Do not expose to temperatures above 50˚C/122˚F. Protect from sunlight. Consult a doctor if diabetic or with poor circulation. If used on children, an adult must apply it. Do not apply excessive pressure with the applicator. Apply for a maximum of 20 seconds on warts and 40 seconds on verrucas. If shared, clean the applicator with alcohol after each use. Treat only one wart or verruca at a time if they are close together. Side effects may include temporary skin whitening, blisters, de-pigmentation, or small scars. Cryotherapy may cause minor burns.
