Children (3-10 years old):
- Do not chew the pellets. Take them with meals.
- Swallow the mini-pellets with water or juice, not hot liquids.
- If needed, mix pellets (whole or powdered) into applesauce, pudding, or peanut butter.
- Start very young children on 1-3 pellets per day for a few days and gradually increase.
- Gradually increase to three times daily over one to two weeks. Adjust based on effects.

Adults:
- Take with or after meals. Swallow mini-pellets with water or juice; avoid hot liquids. Do not chew or take as powder.
- Start with ~0.75 grams (1/4 blue scoop) two to three times daily for a week.
- Then increase to 1.5 grams (1/2 blue scoop) one to three times daily.
