Scopoderm Patches are travel sickness patches for those that have motion sickness. These travel patches contain the ingredient hyoscine hydrobromide, for treating travel sickness.
How does it work?
Scopoderm patches contain the ingredient hyoscine hydrobromide which is used for the treatment of feelings of nausea or sickness during travel. Hyoscine helps to stabilise the brain by blocking muscarinic (receptors) that give signals to the brain signifying nausea.
Are Scopoderm Patches right for me?
If you are travelling and have often felt nauseous and sick due to the motion, Scopoderm patches will be right for you. These patches can be applied a few hours before travel to avoid feeling sick during travel.

What is a hyoscine patch used for?
A hyoscine patch is used to relieve nausea and vomiting. It is also used to prevent motion sickness and vertigo. Hyoscine patches are available over-the-counter or by prescription.
When is the best time to use a Scopoderm Patch?
A Scopoderm Patch should be applied to clean, dry skin on the inside of the arm, at least 4 hours before you need it to start working. The patch can be worn for up to 3 days. If you need to wear the patch for longer than 3 days, talk to your doctor.

How is the medication delivered?
All orders placed before 14:00 from Monday to Friday will be dispatched that day. The orders are sent using 24 Hour Tracked delivery provided by Royal Mail. Items will usually arrive the very next day after the order has been placed. We also provide tracking for your orders to check the status and location of your parcel. All our medication is packaged in plain confidential padded white or brown envelopes. This ensures that your orders are discreet, and the content of the orders will be for your eyes only.
How quickly does Scopoderm work?
Scopoderm takes effect within 4 hours of being applied, and provides relief from nausea and vomiting for up to 72 hours.
Who shouldn't use a Scopoderm Patch?
You should not use a Scopoderm Patch if you are:
- allergic to scopolamine, hyoscyamine, or atropine;
- have glaucoma or an enlarged prostate;
- have myasthenia gravis;
- have intestinal blockage, paralysis, or ulcerative colitis;
- are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Tell your doctor if you are taking any other medications, as they may interact with the Scopoderm Patch.
If you experience any serious side effects, stop using the patch and call your doctor immediately.
How do I order my medication?
Some products only require an online consultation which approximately takes 1 minute to complete, enabling you to then buy the product. Other products will also require a prescription; in this case, you will need to complete the online consultation, and then one of our partner pharmacy prescribers or doctors will review the online consultation questions and approve the order for delivery if you are eligible to purchase the item.
Can I cancel or return my order?
For non-medicinal products, you are eligible to return the product within 14 days of receipt in the same packaging you received. For medicinal products, you are eligible to cancel the order only until it has been dispatched. From that point forward, you are no longer eligible to return the order.
You have the right to cancel your order for medication up to the point when your medication is dispatched.
