Description
Seretide Accuhaler for Asthma & Breathing Problems
Asthma and Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) are breathing conditions that primarily affect the lungs and can cause a range of breathing difficulties. Asthma often occurs after exposure to a trigger, however, it can happen randomly. Triggers may include common allergies to pollen or animal dander, infections, environmental changes or from exercise.
The Seretide Accuhaler is an everyday medication that can control and manage your asthma or COPD. This medication is not intended to stop or relieve a sudden attack of breathlessness or wheezing. You will need a reliever or rescue inhaler to manage these acute symptoms.
What is a Seretide Accuhaler and how does it work?
Seretide contains the two medicines salmeterol and fluticasone propionate. Together they work to keep the airways to the lungs open, making it easier for air to move in and out, as well as reducing swelling and irritation in the lungs.
