An unhealthy body weight
Body mass index (BMI) defines a healthy weight as a BMI between 20 and 25. Both underweight (BMI of less than 19) and overweight (BMI of over 25) women can take longer to get pregnant since they have lower fertility. Overdoing the exercise

Too many vitamins

However, handfuls of megavitamins or supplements are not helpful if you are trying to conceive. Too much vitamin A, for example, is linked to problems in a growing baby.
