How to use

Take on an empty stomach with water or juice, twice daily. For children and adults, start with 13-52 drops and gradually increase to 52 drops (2 droppers). Sensitive individuals should begin with 6 drops and also increase to 52 drops (2 droppers). Effectiveness improves with increased dosage.

For adults, it is recommended to take 3-6 drops of the supplement twice a day in 6-8 oz of filtered water. Gradually increase the intake by 6 drops every other day until reaching 52 drops twice a day. Staying hydrated with lemon and water is also important, as well as ensuring regular bowel movements. For children and sensitive individuals, start with 1 drop per day in 4-6 oz of filtered water or juice in the morning. Increase by 1 drop every 3-4 days until reaching 26 drops twice a day. To prevent the negative effects of chlorine, take 3-4 drops before and/or after swimming.
