Great for intra-workout

I use this in my intra workout drink. Great flavour makes sure I keep drinking throughout the workout (about 1L), and getting some EAAs in bridges the gap between the protein from my pre workout meal (usually about 2 hours before my workout), and post workout (when I’ve driven home from gym, so usually within an hour). Definitely reduces any chance I should start catabolising muscle if my workout drags on too long, leaving too long between pre and post workout.
