How to use Optivar drops

1. Use soap and water to wash your hands.

2. Avoid touching or letting the dropper tip touch your eye to prevent contamination.

3. To make a tiny pocket, tilt your head back and pull down on your lower eyelid.

4. Squeeze out a drop by holding the dropper tip close to your eye without touching it.

5. Open your eye and shut the lower eyelid. For a minute or two, gently press the inside corner of your eye. This will stop the medication from evaporating.

6. Recurring these actions for the other eye.

Apply Optivar cream as directed:

1. Use soap and water to wash your hands.

2. To make a tiny pocket, tilt your head back and pull down on your lower eyelid.

3. Smear some cream onto the inside of your eye's corner. Never touch the tube's tip to your eye or any other surface.

4. For one to two minutes, gently press on the inside corner of your closed eye. This will stop the medication from evaporating.

5. If necessary, repeat steps 1 through 5 for your other eye.
