Dosage instructions:

- For children aged 8-12 years: Administer 10ml, 3 to 4 times daily.
- For children aged 3-7 years: Administer 5ml, 3 to 4 times daily.
- For children aged 1-2 years: Administer 2.5ml, 3 to 4 times daily.
- For infants aged 3-6 months weighing over 5kg: Administer 2.5ml, 3 times within 24 hours.
- For post-immunisation fever: Administer 2.5ml, with an additional dose of 2.5ml after six hours if needed.
