There were no instructions on the bottle or cream. I have never come across this before. Whether the bottle should be taken by mouth or in some other way. Usually there are some guidelines. Puzzled.

DMSO Gel works

I bought a 4oz tub of DMSO Gel 90% about two weeks ago having read some interesting emails on line.
So far l have used it on my sons knee and back with positive results.
I am yet to try it on a calf mustle which l often pulls after a run so really please ask me again in a few weeks time.
However my son has been very positive with DMSO gel so l would advise that you purchase a 4oz tub and try it for yourself. It has had very positive results with my adult son, relieving pain in his knee and helping him with some comfort on a back which has spinal stenosis etc.
