Face Mask: Create a smooth paste with Bentonite Clay and water, then apply it as a mask on your face. Leave for 10-20 minutes before rinsing with warm water. A pulling sensation indicates it's working. Use once or twice weekly. Slight redness post-mask is normal and should fade in 30 minutes. Conduct a patch test elsewhere 24 hours prior if concerned.

Detox Bath: Enhance detoxification by first using Magnesium Spray. Add 1/4 cup of Bentonite Clay to your bath for soft skin and relaxation.

Foot Bath: If a full-body bath isn't possible, try a Bentonite foot bath using a plastic tub (avoid metal). Add half a cup of clay to warm water in the tub, submerge feet for 15-30 minutes, then dry them and apply a natural moisturizer.

Hair Treatment: Use Bentonite Clay as a shampoo substitute by mixing 1-2 parts clay with water until it reaches pancake batter consistency. Apply to hair (dry or wet), leave on for 15-20 minutes, then rinse out.

Poultice for Severe Skin Issues: For severe bites, burns, cuts, or stings, spread a thick layer of clay over the affected area and cover with wet gauze or cloth. Wrap securely and change every two hours. One(1) scoop (1/4tsp 5.1g) daily into juice or beverage. Best taken with a meal or as directed by healthcare provider.
