Great product, awful experience.

There's nothing wrong with the toothpaste hence the reason as to why I buy it. However, I paid extra for 48 hour tracked delivery and it arrived 144 hours later. I emailed about this over a week ago and still haven't had an apology or even a reply. And then for you to have the audacity to ask me for a review is just a kick in the proverbials to say the least.
